Ganz grob verkürzt gemäß BBC

- Reduzierung der Liga von 20 auf 18. Die anderen Ligen 2-4 bleiben bei 24 Teams.
- Die letzten beiden steigen ab, Nr. 16 spielt im Playoff-System gegen Nr. 3-5 aus der Championship
- Ligapokal und Supercup werden abgeschafft
- Fallschirmzahlungen bei Abstiegen werden abgeschafft
- 250 Mio Pfund Fonds wird zur Verfügung gestellt, 100 Mio Pfund gehen an die FA für die verlorenen Einnahmen
- 9 Vereine haben spezielle Stimmrechte auf Basis ihrer Zugehörigkeit zur Liga.

Das macht einen schon sprachlos, aber ist jetzt auch keine große Überraschung das die Topvereine ihre eigenen Regeln machen wollen und die aktuelle Zahl der Profivereine wird von 92 auf 90 reduziert.
