I can't talk for the rest of the UK, but I don't know anybody who has a dislike for Dortmund here. I think a lot of people who grew to love Klopp, will also have an affinity with Dortmund and perhaps Mainz. Klopp made a big impact here in the UK (outside of Liverpool), beyond football. Very few managers have done this outside of their own club.
