Ich meine die Gehälter im Profifußball sind schon extrem hoch...wäre doch schön wenn sowas "Schule" macht und sich nach und nach immer mehr Profis verpflichten derartiges nachzueifern. Man könnte auch überlegen ob man nicht generell x % des Etats für Spielergehälter+Berater als Verein abführen muss für die Jugendarbeit z.B.
